We also offer a made-to-measure option! Simply measure yourself using the points shown in the chart (for blouse and lehenga), and mention your measurements in the notes section at checkout. This includes details like shoulder, chest, blouse length, sleeve length, waist, hips, length, and whether you prefer pads or cancan.
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Takes approximately 14 to 20 business days
- Express Delivery: Arrives in around 8 to 12 business days
You can select your preferred delivery option during checkout.
Note: Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to flight connectivity issues or logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If the delivered item has any defect, damage, or error from our side, we offer a free replacement or 100% refund/store credit, based on your preference.
To initiate a return, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a Return Authorization Reference along with clear instructions to ensure a quick and smooth process.

- For returns due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind or dislike), the return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
- Customized(Stitched) or made-to-measure products are non-returnable, unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if you’ve changed your mind. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or under customization, and cancellations might not be possible.
